This matcha is crafted from high-quality, organically grown tencha carefully selected by our tea advisor, a 6th-grade certified tea appraiser.
Using the rare Uji cultivar “Gokou”, the tea leaves are meticulously stone-milled in our own facility to preserve their delicate aroma, vibrant color, and refined flavor.
Certified under the Japanese Organic JAS standard, this matcha is safe, clean, and trusted.
Organic matcha represents only about 3% of the total matcha produced in Japan, making this an exceptionally rare offering.
